So we finished Adleigh’s room and it was time to tackle Eli’s. I think the biggest thing in his room was the paint and the wall decor. And his wall decor needed a big refresh. For Eli’s walls, we decided to go with two different colors, similar to what we did in Adleigh’s room.
I like to two colors because it just makes the space feel more grown up. While the lighter wall is Benjamin Moore Beacon Grey.
We also needed to find colors that would work with his navy blue closet. But, since I don’t want to spend a ton of money on expensive wall decor for him since his interests are always changing, I decided to get magnetic picture holders. To create the hanging print, place the poster on the magnetic backing.
He absolutely loves it and we have to remind him he can’t shoot baskets before his alarm goes off in the morning!
I love when we can do easy updates and make the space feel new and fresh.
